All Residential and non Residential building designs using Staad Pro, Etabs as per relevant IS code such as IS 456 :2000,IS 1893:2016, IS 13920:2016 etc.

Preparation of Preliminary Estimate, Detailed Estimate, Analysis of rate, Market rate & Justification. Retrofitting  needs those existing building they did not design as per relevant up dated IS codes and up grading seismic zone modification of existing building and change in use of the building.

Structural audit is required when existing building seems to be deteriorated. NDE and Physical Evaluation of existing structure is carried out by us. We conduct surveying.
